Rate Schedule

I am in-network with Aetna, Quest Behavioral Health, Premera, Regence and United.

In-Network insurance billing is processed through a company called Headway.  

​

Self pay rates

New intake appointment: $200

Standard (50 minute) session: $175

Senior citizen discount (aged 65 and over) is available, at a $10 reduction from listed cash pay fees for individual therapy services.

For all out of network and self pay services, payment for each session is due in full at time of appointment.  Payment by cash or credit card is accepted for self-pay clients.  

A superbill can be provided for clients to submit to their insurance provider for out of network services.  A superbill is a monthly statement of services received.  It includes dates of service, diagnostic codes, and services provided. 

I cannot guarantee insurance coverage, nor can I predict coverage amount, deductibles, or processing times for insurance reimbursement.  I cannot fill out claims forms.  Please direct any questions regarding coverage, deductibles or claim reimbursement to your insurance provider.  

 

Individual therapy sessions are available either in person at my office in Tacoma or via Telehealth.

I do not offer couples or family therapy.

I am only able to provide services to current residents of Washington State.
